Project Preparation Stage : At this stage we build a team, study your business, do a kick-off meeting and prepare a detailed project plan.
Blueprint Stage : It is needed to thoroughly analyze current business processes, local systems and business needs and design the future “to be” business processes including technical aspects of SAP software implementation.
Customization & Development stage : At this stage we customize and integrate SAP products into the local IT infrastructure and if necessary develop new functionality using SAP recommended technical frameworks, re-usable components. The quality assurance team tests the new system to eliminate bottlenecks and bugs.
Preparation for go-live stage : Pivox Labs team conduct business users training and data upload from legacy systems. SAP is integrated into the business processes and everything is working in concert.
Go-live stage: We provide technical support of the applications and fix any reported issues. Our team is working closely with the customer to help the users adapt to the new software.
